Valeto provides an AI receptionist that home-services companies use on WhatsApp. This policy explains what personal data we handle, why, and your choices. Valeto is operated by Saqib. Contact: saqibfarabi14@gmail.com.

1. Customers who message a company

When you message a company that uses Valeto, the company decides how your data is used, and we process it on the company's behalf.

• What: your WhatsApp number and profile name, the name you give, your messages, your language, and appointments you book, change or cancel.
• Why: to answer your questions, manage your appointments, send reminders you agreed to, and pass your conversation to company staff when needed.
• Who else processes it: Meta (WhatsApp, which carries the messages), Anthropic (the AI model that writes replies), and our hosting provider. They process it only to provide their service.
• How long: while the company uses the service, unless you ask for deletion earlier.
• Your choices: ask the company, or email us, to see or delete your data. Reply STOP to stop reminders.

The assistant does not give medical advice. Messages about symptoms or treatment are passed to company staff.

2. Companies we contact about our service

• What: the company's name, website, public business contact details (such as an info@ email address) and information published on its website and Google Maps listing.
• Why: to build a demo of the assistant for that company and to send a small number of emails offering it.
• Your choices: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. After you unsubscribe, or reply asking us to stop, we keep only a do-not-contact record so you are never emailed again. Email us to have the demo removed.

3. Visitors to this website

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you open a demo link from one of our emails, we record that it was opened so we know the company looked at it.

4. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections, and access is limited to the people who run the service and the company's authorised staff.

5. We don't sell data

We never sell personal data or use it for advertising.
